I’m a passionate supporter of libraries and have been with the Central Rappahannock Regional Library (CRRL) for over 22 years I have worked my way up from a volunteer, to clerk, to PACA, to branch manager and now I manage three rural branches in Westmoreland County.
I love all things library and promote libraries and what we offer everywhere I go! My favorite part of my job, besides helping customers (
is it just me, or do you feel like a superhero every day, too?), I run three book groups. One at a winery, one at a brewery, and most recently at an art center!
Recently we have read and enjoyed:
- The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman
- Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro
- Freedom to Read selections
- The Wager by David Grann
- A Childhood Favorite (this was SO much fun!)
- Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner
- Behold the Dreamers by Imbolo Mbue
I live in Westmoreland County on the Potomac River with my 83 year old housemate. We have 6 cats -- one of which is a chonky boy who loves to go for rides in a stroller. During my free time you'll find me listening to audiobooks or murder podcasts while crocheting, embroidering, or treasure searching at Goodwill. I love to meet new people and would love to chat on any of the following topics, so come by and make a new friend:
- True Crime
- Books
- Movies
- TV Shows
- PLEASE share photos of your pets with me!
