Connecting Experiences, Year One: Rebuilding a VLA Mentorship Program

How do mentorship programs get off the ground? The New Member Roundtable Committee built and deployed the refreshed VLA Mentorship program this year and are coming to share insight into how the program was developed, lessons that were learned along the way, and provide opportunity to ask questions of current mentor pairs.
